...to be self-sufficient...

...or on the beach...
rocks & seaweed? Or pb&j & eggos? It's all the same to her.
When she's tired...she falls asleep wherever she may be. Certainly it's never in the most likely place (her crib). NEVER.
When she wants to play cars she brings them all the way up the stairs looking for someone who will play with her.
When she's bored...she finds her favorite place to play--which is also her favorite place to find a drink. (see pictures at top)
Yes, we do try to leave the toilet seats down and the doors closed...
Somehow, getting that message across to five other children needs a little more work.
(I know, triple eeewwww)!

This was a fun read! With all she's overcome these things are wonderful happenings. Funny, a little gross (Reily and Jacklyn did them too), but still wonderful!
I have lots of memories from being three and one of them is my mom trying to explain to me why my little brother shouldn't be playing in the toilet--I mean, the thing looked clean to me!
Your girl is the cutest! And those last babies (Vivs, Wesley, Tommy) of a crew of kids are always the most interesting. So advanced!
Love all the new little changes to your blog--the pictures are amazing. But I already told you that. I'm working on my "used to be giraffe" blog, in need of help with some pictures of monkeys on the banner. My name is Julie Konchar, and I am a google image-aholic....
Oh, the joys of having a one year old... how quickly I forget how much work that age is!
Looks like she knows how to enjoy anything and everything. So funny.
I think that Matt about died when he saw those first pictures of Vivie in the toilet! Matt is such a germ-a-phobe. She is darling though.
I knew that Vivi was a smart girl. I had the privilege of witnessing the sand eating first hand. She is very skilled and cute as a button.
