But Caleb doesn't seem to notice, or care. I don't think he could get any closer to my LuLu without sitting on her. The lovely smell of her hair, irresistible quirky smile & pleasing personality must make up for her four (almost five)-year-old enigma.
This is the Caleb that's 'in her eye' all the time (aka in her dreams). I have to say that I think it's hilarious...innocent little almost-kindergartners. I remember my first kindergarten crush, Eric was his name... my friend, Lena, and I would fight over him even at the tender age of five. But man, we certainly weren't THAT bold...or were we? I guess we need to hold on tight; with four darling girls (I'm not biased...okay, maybe a little) we're in BIG TROUBLE.
So yes, I'm sort of thankful Lexie is 'armed' with smelly pits. Hey, she's the four-year old who forgets to put on the deodorant! And I'm quite certain one day she'll look back in hateful anger and resentment that I just announced her enigma to blogland! It's good for humility...

Darling little couple.
I was 3 when I had my first crush, but he didn't know it. We all need these sweet little innocent friends in our lives, or eyes (dreams).
Give it 2 to 3 years and they will be running away from each other on the play ground. I love it when they don't really care if you are boy or girl.
BYW, we call my baby lulu, too. How funny. Lexa Lou or LULU.
yikes...I'm so not ready for that!
Boys will probably be drawn to her even more because she will smell just like em and they won't feel like they need to impress her! Yep...you are in big trouble!
So cute! Amelia has her love interest too. BEN and she writes I Love Ben all over the house - Oh, young love...and yes, we both chased after Eric
Yes, since God didn't give you dog-faced little girls (a pity, really) smelly pits are your consolation. Now what are you going to do about the other 3? I have noticed that Vivy is a little drooly, but unfortunately that might just be a symptom of teething and won't last. Do any of the girls have a lazy eye, perhaps? Overly hairy arms/legs? Clubbed feet? Beeker-like underbite? Face it girl, you're in truuuuuuble.
oh...you're in trouble for SURE!
SO sweet! I love that picture. You better watch out as those beautiful girls grow older!
Toooooo funny! Last night Corbin was at a friends (girl's house) playing. They were pretending to play house. She announced they were married. Corbin kept insisting..."No we are NOT married!!!" I love the innocence and candor.
